I got the Putnam translation. Also, I was in a brick-and-mortar bookstore today, one of the few left where I live, and found a copy of Arturo's Island, translated by Ann Goldstein. I hope it is good enough.
I read some reviews online that it’ll not be an easy read, so I bought a paperback instead of reading it on screen. It’s Samuel Putnam translation. The cover looks crappy, the book feels tacky, but still it’s a physical copy. So it’s good.
Yes, it's a royalty free translation so anyone can print it, you'll find cheap copies all around. Cheap books are great to write in without feeling guilty, so go nuts and wreck it!

It's the only translation available, so absolutely good enough!
Hooray! I'm ready. I found the Russian translation too. I'll read it in parallel with the English.
Yay!
